These captivating images show the Mariani frescoes decorating some spaces furnished by Fratelli Bianchini, an historic family business based in Verona, which has been specialising in the production of handcrafted furniture and furnishings for fifty years.

The Fratelli Bianchini collections, inspired by a classic style with elegant, clean lines go beautifully with the Mariani works. “We are part of a consortium with Mariani Affreschi,” explains Stefania Bianchini, “that brings together Italian furniture companies. A collaboration has been established with Alberto and his siblings, which involves installing some of their frescoes in our spaces. The result is truly fascinating”.

The mirrors, bookcases, tables and sideboards in Decor Royale style – the latest collection by Fratelli Bianchini – are all made according to traditional handcrafted methods, using varieties of wood such as walnut, ash and rosewood, which beautifully complement some of the most interesting frescoed subjects by Mariani: peonies, classic faces, as well as ceilings decorated with gold leaf, friezes, and more contemporary works such as the splendid pair of golfers, perfect for golf enthusiasts.
