11 Mar A FRESCOED DOME WITH A NEW FLAVOUR
The creative projects and ideas of the Mariani Affreschi laboratory never end. Today, we will tell you about a very special project created to decorate the beautiful Casino Le Grand Vie in Bucharest. The idea was the brainchild of the architect Massimiliano Minuti, interior designer of the casino, who reinvented the concept of the company’s frescoed dome (a Mariani Affreschi exclusive). The elegant golden ceiling rosette with gold leaf finish – fibreglass structure, light and easy to transport and install – was reinterpreted by the architect with a new application that goes beautifully with the stylish setting of the casino..
The structure, normally applied as a concave rosette, was instead installed “upside down” and a chandelier was added to make it one of a kind.
