A WIND FROM MOSCOW: NEW CONCEPTS FROM THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN MARIANI AFFRESCHI AND BAKOKKO GROUP

A WIND FROM MOSCOW: NEW CONCEPTS FROM THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN MARIANI AFFRESCHI AND BAKOKKO GROUP

Teamwork is always a positive initiative. This is confirmed by Alberto Mariani and Gianluca Morello, respective owners of Mariani Affreschi and Bakokko Group.
Back from the Crocus Expo of Moscow, both declare to be very happy with the Russian event and the collaboration between the two companies.
“For this edition,” explains Alberto Mariani, “we reached an agreement with the Bakokko Group Company, presenting our products under one format. Frescoes, furniture and false ceilings, arranged according to an architectural project by Alessandro Dotti, decorated and furnished a single large stand, giving visitors the feeling of finding themselves in a real home rather than a stand belonging to two separate companies. This outstanding result was achieved by the mutual respect we have for each other.” Joining forces at international marketing events such as Crocus Expo is, in effect, an excellent starting point.

“The Moscow exhibition,” continues Mariani, “is fundamental for our company because it is the most important point of contact with the Russian and Ukraine markets, which are our main export areas.” Gianluca Morello, owner of Bakokko, Group feels the same way and emphasises the importance of the event. “The Moscow exhibition is an excellent opportunity to meet Russian buyers and to showcase our new products outside Italy. The collaboration with Mariani has been very successful”.

The event also allowed both companies to present their collections, as explained to us by the owner of Bakokko. Group “San Marco, Ellisar and Montalcino, three of our collections, met with great success. We brought our leading products to the expo, with new finishes”.

These two Italian companies have the desire to innovative themselves, and their projects are visionary.
“At the next Furniture Expo,” concludes Alberto Mariani, “we will present two important new developments. The first is the new Arte Mariani brand, consisting of a collection of exciting contemporary works inspired by the “soul” in the absolute sense: monochromatic blow-ups of idols and leaders of the past, as well as magnificent animals and votive masks. The second is an innovative frescoed false ceiling, designed and developed in collaboration with Bakokko Group.” This exclusive project by Mariani and Bakokko will be previewed in 2011.
